About this home

The king bed faces the Burj Khalifa, and the same outlook carries through to the balcony and living room. This one-bedroom apartment has a full bathroom with a tub plus a guest WC, a dining table large enough to serve as a desk, and a smart TV with Netflix alongside a Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen covers a hob, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher, with a washing machine and iron close by.

From the second floor of Burj Vista, an enclosed walkway leads into the metro station and on into Dubai Mall, so summer heat never gets in the way. Residents use a pool for adults and children that also looks at the tower, a gym, a padel court and a yoga studio, while tennis courts and a barbecue area can be booked. A private parking space is included.

Self check-in and a dedicated workspace make it practical for a couple or a solo traveller on a longer stay.
