A swing on the balcony looks down over the Boulevard, setting a relaxed tone for this one-bedroom apartment, decorated in earthy tones and natural materials. The lounge has a 65-inch LG TV with a Sony soundbar and subwoofer, a PS5 with two controllers, board games and a sofa that turns into a bed with a memory-foam topper. The bedroom has a king bed, full-height windows over the city, blackout curtains and its own 55-inch TV, and a foldable bed can be added.

The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine with milk frother, and the table seats four. Residents can use a pool, a gym, a sauna and a hot tub, and children have a playroom and an outdoor play area. Dubai Mall, the Burj Khalifa and the fountain are about ten minutes on foot.
