About this home

Burj Khalifa fills the floor-to-ceiling windows of both the bedroom and the lounge here, and the balcony, laid with artificial turf and set with a table and chairs, faces the same tower. In the lounge, two sofa beds sleep four more alongside a 60-inch smart TV with streaming apps and a PlayStation 5, while the bedroom has a king bed, a 55-inch TV and blackout curtains. The en-suite comes with twin basins, a tub and a walk-in shower, and a separate WC serves guests.

The kitchen handles proper cooking, with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, a washer-dryer sits alongside, and the dining table seats six. Wi-Fi runs at about 507 Mbps, with an Ethernet port and a desk for work.

Residents share a gym, a pool that looks onto Burj Khalifa and a children's playground, with reception and security staffed around the clock. Dubai Mall is a short walk away, parking is free, and a cot and high chair are available on request.
