Thirty-three floors up, this one-bedroom apartment looks over the city and the boulevard through full-height glass, with a balcony set up with seating. The bedroom has a king bed with blackout curtains, and a sofa bed in the living room takes extra guests. A 65-inch Samsung smart TV, an espresso machine in the kitchen, a dining table that doubles as a desk and a washing machine complete the set-up. Entry is by digital smart lock.

The building has a temperature-controlled pool, a modern gym, a children's pool and play area, a small park and a 24-hour reception, with garage parking on level P1 and an EV charger. The Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are about five minutes on foot, the airport around 15 minutes and Dubai Marina roughly 20.
