About this home

An architect planned this 42 m² studio so that the queen bed sits in its own alcove, apart from the living area and its sofa bed, which lets three people share without feeling cramped. The kitchen was refurbished recently and includes an oven, hob, dishwasher and Nespresso machine; there is a desk for laptop work, a small furnished balcony and generous storage that swallows large suitcases.

The tower has a gym, a rooftop pool and a large supermarket open around the clock, plus a children's playroom. Dubai Mall, with the nearest metro station, is six to seven minutes on foot, and the Burj Khalifa and fountains are just beyond. La Mer and Jumeirah Open Beach are about ten minutes by car, with the Burj Al Arab around 15 minutes and Dubai Marina 20.

Self check-in, a cot and a high chair make it workable for a couple or a small family.
