About this home

Full-height windows put the Burj Khalifa at the centre of this studio’s living area, where a sofa, a two-seat dining table and a flat-screen TV share the space; the table serves just as well as a desk. An open kitchen with SMEG appliances, a hob and a microwave sits alongside, and a washing machine is in the unit. The sleeping area occupies its own alcove with a queen bed, warm timber details and soft lighting, and the bathroom has a glass walk-in shower.

Upside Living gives residents a pool with views of the Burj, a gym, communal lounges, and ping-pong and foosball tables, with free parking on site. Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall are a few minutes away.

Housekeeping is available and long stays are allowed, so it works for a working month as well as a short break for two.
