About this home

Two balconies extend this three-bedroom apartment outdoors. Inside, a king bed and three queens are spread across the bedrooms, and a sofa bed and an extra bed in the living area raise the count to ten. Shutters darken the rooms, and there are two full bathrooms and a guest WC. The kitchen carries a hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a capsule coffee machine (pods not supplied), with a washing machine nearby.

The building has a pool with loungers, a gym, staff on site and a lift, and parking is free. Dubai Mall is within walking distance, and public transport, restaurants and shops are close by.

Self check-in works around the clock, a crib can be requested, pets are accepted and broadband of 250 Mbps backs up the workspace.
