About this home

Two large sofas fill the lounge, and through its windows the Burj Khalifa rises directly ahead while the fountain show plays out below. The apartment is arranged in four separate wings: three hold a bedroom each, two with king beds and one with a queen, and the fourth is the living area, where the sofas can sleep two more guests and an inflatable bed is kept for extra space. The kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, and the dining corner is fully laid. A games console, a private balcony and blackout blinds are part of the set-up.

Residents share a pool, a gym and a children's area, and a squash court, badminton court, small cinema, day-care centre and business centre can be booked in advance. A convenience store, pharmacy and salon are close at hand, Dubai Mall is practically next door and the airport is only minutes away by car.

A cot and a travel cot make it workable for families with babies.
