The Nook is a residential tower within the Wasl Gate development, with a shared pool, a gym, a children's play area, round-the-clock security and free parking inside the building. Energy metro station is five to eight minutes on foot, and Wasl Gate Mall is the nearest stop for shopping and meals. By car, JBR Beach is roughly 20 to 25 minutes away, Dubai Mall 25 to 30 and DXB airport 30 to 40, depending on traffic.

There is no daily cleaning, so it suits independent travellers, a couple with a small child or long-stay guests. A cot can be provided on request.
