About this home

A curved sofa faces a 100-inch smart TV in the open living room, and glass doors lead from there onto a private terrace with outdoor seating and a view across the marina. The main bedroom has a king bed, its own bathroom with a tub, a desk, a second 100-inch screen and direct balcony access, while the second bedroom holds a single bed and also looks over the water. A marble island anchors the kitchen, which comes with a gas cooker, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine; a washer and dryer are in the flat too.

Vida Residences is an Emaar building a few steps from Marina Walk and its yacht berths, restaurants and evening lights. Residents use a panoramic pool with towels supplied, a gym looking towards the sea, covered reserved parking and a reception desk staffed around the clock.

Three guests fit comfortably. A cot, a travel cot, children’s books and a games console help families, and long stays are accepted.
