About this home

The ground floor holds the kitchen, a living and dining area, a guest WC, a small storeroom and the garden, with two parking spaces at the entrance. Upstairs are three bedrooms: the main one has its own bathroom and two balconies, the second has a balcony, and the second and third share a bathroom. Water is heated by solar panels, so it can run cooler in winter.

Mimosa is part of DAMAC Hills 2 off Al Qudra Road, next to Dubailand and bordered by desert. The community has a supermarket, restaurants, shops and sports courts; the pool and activities are at the community centre above Carrefour, a 5 to 7 minute drive. Motor City is about 25 minutes by car, Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Marina about 30, and the airport 35 to 45.

Gym and Malibu Beach access are not part of the stay.
