About this home

Skydivers drifting down beside the Palm are part of the view from the bedrooms of this 46th-floor loft. Laid out over two levels, it combines lounge and kitchen in one open space with two bedrooms, the main one with its own hot tub. A pool table, Marshall speakers and a Nespresso machine set it apart, and the sea and Palm Jumeirah fill the windows.

The tower is moments from JBR beach, with a pool, a gym and a plaza level of grocery shops, cafés and salons. The tram is about four minutes away, Dubai Marina Mall about seven and the Ritz-Carlton around two.

Board games, books, beach gear, a dedicated workspace and a cot or high chair round out a set-up that works for a couple or a small family.
