At about 1,115 m², this beach villa within the Five Palm Jumeirah resort spreads over three floors linked by a lift and stairs. The ground floor is one large open space for dining, lounging and a bar, with a wet kitchen, a study, a guest WC and an en-suite staff room. Four double bedrooms on the first floor have marble bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, smart TVs and balconies with sun beds.

The top floor holds a second lounge that leads out to a roof terrace with a bar and jacuzzi, looking towards the Marina skyline and Ain Dubai, plus a dining terrace at the back.
