About this home

Set slightly apart from its neighbours on the frond, this six-bedroom villa opens from its living space straight to the garden and private pool, with the city skyline across the water. There are two lounges with sofas and TVs, a breakfast table for four beside the kitchen and a formal dining table for eight with buffet units and a mural.

The main suite has a private shaded terrace, a king bed, a sofa facing a large TV, a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Of the five other bedrooms, two have king beds and three have queens, all en-suite with fitted wardrobes.

The garden leads onto the beach, and a separate outdoor bathroom saves trips indoors. Atlantis, a new mall, supermarkets that deliver, salons, barbers and a tailor are all close by.
