About this home

This open-plan studio of about 40 m² sleeps two, with a dining table, a desk corner for laptop work and blackout blinds for a proper night’s sleep. The kitchenette handles everyday cooking with a hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, and a washing machine and in-room safe complete the set-up.

Seven Palm stands on the western side of the Palm Jumeirah trunk. Residents share an infinity pool on the roof that looks across the water to the Dubai Marina towers, along with a gym, sun loungers and staff in the building. Palm West Beach is only a few minutes on foot, and parking on site is free.

Self check-in from 15:00 makes late arrivals easy. It suits a couple or a solo traveller who wants a Palm address at studio scale, for a long weekend or a working week by the sea.
