About this home

Spread over roughly 200 m², this apartment gives both bedrooms an en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobes, adds a maid's room, and counts three and a half bathrooms in all. The living room is large and leads to a wide balcony with outdoor furniture and a dining table facing the sea. Cooking is well covered by an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine, and a 65-inch smart TV, washing machine, bathtub and blackout blinds round it off.

Three cafés and restaurants occupy the ground floor of the building, which also houses a Wyndham hotel with its own gym, spa, kids' club and watersports. Guests have the beach, part of the pool area with a children's pool, the 24-hour concierge and one underground parking space included, and the sand is about three minutes away on foot.
