About this home

Fully renovated and hung with original paintings of the Emirates, this studio sleeps up to four. The king bed can be split into two singles, a smart TV on a swivel mount turns to face any corner, and a pull-out bed tucks away during the day. Meals are taken at a counter beside a decorative fireplace, and the kitchen has an oven, hob, Nespresso machine and toaster. The outlook is over the inner courtyard rather than the Marina. A washer, dryer, safe and desk cover longer stays.

A 24-hour supermarket connects directly with the building lobby, and residents share a recently refurbished pool, a gym, a sauna, a games room and a children's playroom. The Marina canal runs just behind the tower, and both JBR Beach and the metro are 10 to 15 minutes away on foot.

Self check-in by lockbox works at any hour, and a baby cot and high chair are available for families.
