Freshly renovated and designed by an architect, this 48 m² apartment has a separate bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a new kitchen and a well-finished bathroom. A decorated balcony faces the building's inner courtyard rather than the road, which keeps things quiet, and generous storage takes even large suitcases.

The tower has a gym, a recently refurbished pool, a sauna and a 24-hour supermarket, plus a pool table and play areas for children. JBR beach, Marina Mall and the metro are a few minutes on foot, and Bluewaters Island is about ten.

By metro or taxi, the Burj Al Arab is roughly 15 minutes away, Downtown 20 and Business Bay 25. A desk, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine make it suitable for a couple or a small family on a longer stay.
