About this home

Neutral colours and large windows keep this one-bedroom bright, and a balcony opens off the living space with a view across the community. A bed in the bedroom and a sofa that converts for two more guests bring capacity to four. The bedroom has floor-to-ceiling glazing, blackout curtains and roomy wardrobes, and the bathroom includes a bathtub. The kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle, with a dining area and a smart TV with streaming apps in the lounge.

Park Field residents share a pool, a gym, a quiet lounge and both indoor and outdoor play areas for children. One parking space is reserved in the secure basement.

A workspace, a games console, books and a cot on request make it easy for families and remote workers alike.
