Ten guests fit across three bedrooms here: two queen beds and an en-suite in the main room, two doubles in the second and a king in the third, plus a sofa bed in the lounge. A full guest bathroom and a powder room complete the count. The living room has a 65-inch smart TV, two of the bedrooms have 55-inch sets, and the balcony looks over the city skyline. The kitchen carries a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven and fridge-freezer, with a washer-dryer in its own cupboard.

Paramount Midtown’s infinity pool sits on the 64th floor with the Burj Khalifa as its backdrop, open from 07:00 to 19:00. The tower also has a sky lounge and bar, a gym, a spa with sauna and jacuzzi, a children’s playroom, restaurants, a grocery shop and round-the-clock security. Walking to Dubai Mall or the foot of the Burj Khalifa takes around 15 minutes.
