Two balconies give this apartment its character: one off the main bedroom looks towards Dubai Marina, the other off the living room faces JBR, and each has a pair of chairs and a coffee table. Both bedrooms combine a double and a single bed with a 55-inch TV and an en-suite, the main one with a bath as well as a shower. A smaller maid's room, fitted with one single bed, has its own shower room, and the lounge sofa bed sleeps two more.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster and coffee machine, and Wi-Fi runs at 250 Mbps.
