About this home

Set across floors 76 and 77 of the Ocean Heights tower, this renovated penthouse looks out over the sea, the marina and, on clear days, the desert. Four bedrooms have king beds and private bathrooms, a fifth smaller room (formerly the maid’s room) holds a single, and two guest WCs serve the living levels. The kitchen is new, with a dishwasher, oven, hob and Nespresso machine, and the furniture comes from Marina Home and Ligne Roset. A cinema room with an 85-inch TV is the place for film nights, and the lounge has three couches plus a floor mattress if needed.

Ocean Heights gives residents a pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, a sauna and steam room, a modern gym, a barbecue area and a meeting room, and there is an EV charger on site. The tower has quick access to the highway, so trips across the city avoid most Marina traffic.

A washer, dryer, Ethernet and a cot on request help families and longer stays.
