The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, with a dining table for two and a washing machine.

Trillionaire Residences on Marasi Drive was completed in 2025. Its pool looks over the Dubai Canal and has a separate children's pool, and there is a gym, round-the-clock concierge and security, and free parking. The Dubai Mall, the Dubai Fountain and the Burj Khalifa are about 15 minutes on foot, with a supermarket, pharmacy, salons and restaurants nearby.
