About this home

Two bathrooms serve this one-bedroom apartment, which has room for four thanks to a queen sofa bed in the living room. The balcony looks out over Dubai Marina and makes an easy spot for breakfast, while inside there is a dining table, a desk for laptop work and a kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Blackout blinds, a bathtub and an in-room safe add to the comfort.

The Emaar building has an infinity pool facing the Marina, a gym, a sauna and a children's playground, and a private parking space comes with the apartment. JBR beach, Dubai Harbour and Ain Dubai are a few minutes away, and both the tram and the metro are close.
