About this home

Six bedrooms give this Maple villa room for twelve. The first two have 180 × 200 cm king beds and 55-inch TVs, the next two queen beds, the fifth a large sofa bed with a Nintendo Switch, games and a balcony, and the sixth two singles. Bathrooms include an en-suite with a tub and a rain shower, and a Jack and Jill suite shared by bedrooms two and three. The living room has a 75-inch Samsung TV, and the kitchen includes a dishwasher, an oven, a Nespresso machine and bar stools.

Outside, a private terraced garden has outdoor living and dining space, a barbecue grill and football nets, and the balcony looks over the Maple community. There is no private pool, but the community centre, with its own pool and gym, is about two minutes’ walk away. Dubai Hills Estate also has cycling and jogging tracks, parks, tennis, basketball and padel courts, a skate park and an 18-hole golf course.

Two private parking spaces and self check-in are included.
