Set on an upper floor of MAG 318, this studio is arranged around a king bed, a smart TV and a small two-seater sofa, with an open kitchen along one side and a full bathroom. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, and a washing machine, in-room safe and blackout blinds are included. Out on the furnished balcony, the view takes in the Business Bay skyline.
