About this home

Panoramic sea and skyline views fill the open-plan living and dining room of this four-bedroom apartment, and a balcony runs along the whole front. Two bedrooms open onto the balcony with views of the city, one has an en-suite, and the fourth is fitted with bunk beds for children. A chandelier hangs over the dining table, and the modern kitchen has an oven, a hob, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. There are three bathrooms and a powder room.

The building has a resort-style pool facing the water, a fitness centre and security on duty at all hours, and two parking spaces are allocated. The beach is about 15 minutes on foot, Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa around 20 minutes away, the airport 25 and JBR and Dubai Marina 30.

Long stays are welcome, and a cot can be requested for younger children.
