About this home

The pool is the point here: a private plunge on the top-floor balcony, screened from neighbours, with two loungers, a table set and a parasol, and underwater lights after dark. Inside, the front room combines a 55-inch smart TV, a large dining table and wide views to Dubai Marina, opening straight onto the pool deck. The kitchen has motorised cabinets, an oven, microwave, toaster and kettle.
