Japandi lines and made-to-measure furniture shape this two-bedroom apartment in a recently built Downtown tower. Large windows and a private balcony with seating look directly at the Burj Khalifa and the Fountain. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom, the second a queen bed, and a sofa bed in the lounge, facing a 65-inch 4K smart TV set into a media wall, sleeps two more. The kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle, and a designer dining table doubles as a desk.

Residents share a rooftop lounge with views across Dubai, adult and children's pools, a playground and a gym. Dubai Mall, the Burj Khalifa and Souk Al Bahar are about five minutes on foot; the nearest beach is a 15-minute drive, and Dubai Marina and the airport roughly 25.

A cot, high chair and children's books and toys are on hand, and long stays are welcome.
