Set high up in a Business Bay tower, this studio frames the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Water Canal from its private balcony. A king bed, a lounge corner with TV, a dedicated workspace and a dining table share the open plan, and the kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. A washing machine, an iron and spare pillows and blankets are provided.

Residents can use a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna, and the building has security around the clock, on-site staff and free covered parking. Downtown Dubai, The Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa are only minutes away, with cafés and restaurants in between.
