About this home

High above the Boulevard, this two-bedroom apartment takes in the Downtown skyline and looks out towards the sea. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus a guest toilet, and the main suite opens onto one of the two balconies. Four beds sleep up to eight. The kitchen sits semi-separate from the dining area, which keeps cooking noise apart, and comes with an oven, dishwasher and coffee maker; a washer and dryer are in the unit. A sectional sofa, a smart TV with streaming and blackout blinds furnish the living room.

Burj Vista stands beside the Burj Khalifa and is linked indoors to both Dubai Mall and the metro station. Residents share an infinity pool that looks onto the tower, a gym, tennis and basketball courts and a 24-hour security desk, and parking is free. Supermarkets and cafés are close by.
