About this home

Bedrooms and lounge alike in this high-floor two-bedroom look at Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain through full-height glass, and the balcony gives the same panorama for fountain shows by day and the tower's light displays after dark. The master bedroom holds a king bed, the second two singles, and a sofa bed in the lounge sleeps two more; a 65-inch Ultra HD TV faces the skyline. Two full bathrooms come stocked with towels and toiletries, and each bedroom has blackout curtains, a wardrobe and a safe.

The kitchen is fitted with a double-door fridge, oven, hob, microwave and coffee maker, beside a four-seat dining table. Within the building are an infinity pool and gym that look at Burj Khalifa, a children's pool, indoor and outdoor play areas, a yoga studio, a lounge, a barbecue area, a pool table, valet parking and round-the-clock security.

Dubai Opera is about 30 seconds on foot, Dubai Mall roughly two minutes and the fountain three. Check-in can be arranged at any hour, with help carrying luggage up on arrival.
