About this home

Double-height ceilings and wide windows give the living room of this ground-floor apartment plenty of daylight, and a 100-inch smart projector with Netflix faces a large sofa. The open kitchen has a stove, oven and microwave, with a dining table for six. Two main bedrooms each have a king bed, and one opens directly onto the garden and terrace; the third is a loft-style nanny room with a single bed and full-height built-in wardrobes. A king-size air mattress can also be set up in the living room.

The big private garden has a barbecue, outdoor dining and seating, and guests also use the building's pool and gym. Restaurants, cafés and parks are a short walk away; Dubai Hills Mall is about 10 minutes by car, Palm Jumeirah about 13, and DXB and Dubai Mall around 20.
