About this home

Ten guests fit comfortably in this four-bedroom apartment at Grande Signature Residences. Its living room opens through floor-to-ceiling glass towards the Dubai Fountain, and the balcony beyond, with a bench, a coffee table and wooden decking, frames the Burj Khalifa. A central island anchors the kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, an oven and a Nespresso machine, next to a table that seats six.
