This Vardon villa has been extended, so its lounge, dining area and one bedroom are bigger than in a standard Vardon home. The ground floor is open, with the kitchen looking across the living area; it has an oven, hob, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. All three bedrooms are upstairs: the main one with an en-suite, the other two sharing a bathroom, and blackout blinds throughout. Out back, a private garden has seating, a barbecue and an outdoor dining table.

A two-seater electric bike comes with the villa for getting to the compound’s gym, pool and shopping centre. Further afield, the recently opened Water Town, Dubai Miracle Garden, the Autodrome, Sports City and the Outlet Mall are all within reach.
