On the teak-furnished balcony, one side looks over the Crystal Lagoon and the other towards the Downtown skyline.

District One in Mohammed Bin Rashid City has walking and running trails, a cycling track, a children’s playground and the Hamptons Café close by, and the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are 10 to 15 minutes away. Access to the lagoon beach is closed for maintenance for now. One parking space is allocated free.

An Electrolux washer-dryer, a Dyson vacuum, a welcome tray and a foldable cot on request make settling in easy for couples or monthly guests.
