Bold colours and characterful décor fill this 33rd-floor apartment, where the Burj Khalifa stands directly in view from the windows and the balcony. Both bedrooms have king beds and blackout curtains, the main one adding a 55-inch smart TV. Two full bathrooms, one with a soaking tub, and a half bathroom serve four guests. The living room has two three-seat sofas, a big smart TV loaded with streaming apps, books and board games, and the kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher and a table for four.

Residents get an infinity pool looking at the Burj Khalifa, a shaded children's pool, a gym, basketball and tennis courts, yoga and Pilates studios and a business lounge, plus a mini supermarket and a beauty salon on site.
