Sunsets over the Dubai Canal are the draw from this apartment's private balcony, which has an unbroken view along the water. The bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a tub, and a guest washroom serves the living room, where a sofa bed and a smart TV with Netflix make space for a third guest. The kitchen is fully kitted out with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

Peninsula Five is a waterfront development in the middle of Business Bay, a few minutes from Downtown, Dubai Mall, the Burj Khalifa and DIFC.
