About this home

Opposite Burj Khalifa, this one-bedroom at Burj Vista gives both the bedroom and its private balcony a straight view of the tower and the Dubai Fountain, which also makes it a front-row seat for the New Year fireworks. A queen bed with hotel-grade linen and blackout curtains fills the bedroom, and the en-suite has a rain shower and a bathtub, with a separate guest WC. In the lounge, designer sofas face a 65-inch smart TV with Netflix, and the dining table seats four.

The kitchen is equipped for longer stays with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and a washer-dryer. Wi-Fi runs at 800 Mbps, with an Ethernet port for video calls.

Burj Vista has direct access to Dubai Mall, putting restaurants and shops within a short walk, and residents share a pool and a gym. Parking is free of charge.
