About this home

Each room of this high-floor two-bedroom apartment looks onto the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain, and the private balcony is placed for the evening shows and the tower's light displays. Both bedrooms have king beds, premium mattresses, blackout curtains, roomy wardrobes and a personal safe, and a sofa bed in the living room sleeps more. The lounge has a 65-inch Ultra HD screen and a PS5, and there are two full bathrooms with toiletries supplied. The kitchen includes a double-door fridge, oven, hob and microwave, with a coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The tower sits very close to Dubai Mall and has a pool, a gym, a sauna, a hot tub, a children's area and barbecue facilities, and parking is free. The Dubai Opera is about 30 seconds on foot, the Fountain around three minutes and Dubai Mall four, with cafés and supermarkets three minutes away.

A cot is available on request and long stays are welcome.
