About this home

The Burj Khalifa fills the windows of both the bedroom and the living room, and a large balcony makes the most of the outlook. The bedroom has a queen bed, blackout curtains and a walk-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, and the bathroom includes a tub. In the lounge, a sofa bed and a 55-inch smart TV sit around a marble coffee table, and the open kitchen comes with a breakfast bar, a separate dining table, an oven, a hob and a washing machine.

Sterling West stands on the Business Bay side of Downtown Dubai. The building has a pool, a gym, a hot tub, an outdoor lounge, barbecue areas and a children's play area, and parking on site is free. Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa are roughly a 10-minute walk, with Business Bay metro station also nearby.

Self check-in and space for four suit a couple, a small family or a business trip.
