Freshly fitted out and furnished in a warm, modern style, this studio at Binghatti Millennium Residence is set up for two. The balcony looks along the Dubai Canal towards the Burj Khalifa, and in the evening the sun drops over the water. The kitchen covers proper cooking with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, while a washing machine and dryer keep longer trips simple.

The tower sits on Canal Walk, with a shared pool, a gym and free parking on site. Downtown Dubai, The Dubai Mall, DIFC and Sheikh Zayed Road are all a short hop away, and the streets around the building have cafés, supermarkets and plenty of places to eat.
