Spread over three floors linked by a lift, this 1,115 m² villa opens at ground level onto its garden, pool and sun deck through full-height glass. That floor holds an open lounge and dining area, a show kitchen backed by a separate working kitchen, a bar, a powder room and an en-suite staff or guest bedroom. Upstairs, four double suites each have a marble bathroom, wardrobe space, a large Samsung smart TV and a balcony with sun beds. The top floor is given to a media lounge with a cinema-sized screen, opening onto a roof terrace with a bar, a large hot tub facing the Marina skyline and an outdoor dining table.

From the garden you step straight onto West Beach. As part of the Five Palm Jumeirah resort, the villa comes with daily housekeeping and concierge, and guests use the hotel’s gym, spa, bars, restaurants, boutiques, valet parking and three pools, among them a 55-metre infinity pool.
