About this home

This studio has a contemporary open layout finished in natural materials, with a bed for two, a Smart TV and a dining table. The kitchen is complete enough for real cooking, with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, while a washing machine and separate dryer take care of laundry. Blackout blinds, an in-room safe, an iron and a hair dryer round it out, and towels and bathroom essentials are ready on arrival.

The apartment is in Al Barari, on the Dubailand side of the city. A community pool is open from 09:00 to 22:00 and parking on site is free; there is no gym in the building itself. Construction is under way near the block, so some daytime noise is possible.
