Fifty-six floors up, full-height windows take in the Burj Khalifa, the sea and the Burj Al Arab, with sunsets over the water from the furnished balcony. The main bedroom has a 180 cm king bed, a desk, a smart TV and its own bathroom; the second holds two 160 cm queen beds and a workspace; and a large double sofa bed in the living room completes the sleeping for eight. Two full bathrooms with tubs and rain showers plus a guest WC, a soundbar, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine and a washer-dryer round out the flat.

The tower pairs residences with hotel services: a rooftop infinity pool on the 64th floor, a gym, a spa with sauna and hot tub, bars and restaurants, and a children's area on the 13th floor. Private parking is free and pool towels are provided.
