About this home

Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain are in view from each room of this four-bedroom apartment, set high in a Downtown tower, and the private balcony is arranged for watching the fountain performances and the tower's evening light show. The lounge combines a modern fireplace, a large sofa, a chessboard, a 65-inch Ultra HD TV and a PlayStation 5. The master suite has a king bed and en-suite, the second bedroom two double beds and the third two singles, while the fourth is a compact maid's room with a single bed; two fold-out beds can be added.

Three full bathrooms and a separate guest WC are stocked with towels and toiletries. The kitchen has a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, with a washer and dryer as well.

Dubai Opera is about 30 seconds away, Dubai Mall and the fountain roughly three minutes on foot, and cafés and a grocery shop are just as close. The building provides a pool, a gym, a children's area and barbecue facilities, along with free parking and self check-in.
