Big windows frame the skyline and the fountains from the lounge, where a sofa and two armchairs face a 65-inch screen with a PS5, next to a large dining table. Out on the furnished balcony, the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Opera take centre stage. Two bedrooms have king beds and their own 55-inch TVs, a third has two singles and the fourth one single; a sofa bed and two folding beds raise capacity to 12. There are three and a half bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen.

The residential complex offers adult and children’s pools, a gym, a sauna, a yoga studio, a games room, a cinema and squash courts, with security at all hours and two covered parking bays. Grocery shops are a minute away on foot, Dubai Mall and the Downtown boulevard are walkable, the nearest beach is about 12 minutes by car and Dubai Marina around 25.
