Sleeping four on the 38th floor, this studio has a 160 x 200 cm queen bed and a sofa bed for two, both with hotel-grade bedding and full blackout shades. Floor-to-ceiling glass looks over the Business Bay canal, and a private balcony faces the Burj Khalifa and Downtown. The kitchen has an oven, stove, Dolce Gusto machine and a full set of pans, and a 65-inch smart TV comes with Netflix.

The waterfront complex is well equipped: two large pools and a children’s pool, a gym with a spinning studio and reformer Pilates machines, a sauna and steam room, basketball and tennis courts, three padel courts, table tennis, billiards, a lounge and an outdoor playground. Restaurants and cafés line the canal promenade outside, and the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are about 20 minutes on foot.
