About this home

From the 29th floor, the private balcony, fitted with a bar table and high stools, takes in the whole Dubai Fountain and the Burj Khalifa. Indoors, the living room centres on an L-shaped sofa bed, an electric fireplace, a 75-inch Samsung smart TV and a PlayStation 5. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second a queen and a single, and both have big windows on the city, a vanity, a statement mirror and built-in wardrobes. One bathroom adjoins the second bedroom and the other is shared.

The kitchen has an LG fridge, a Siemens stove, a microwave, kettle and toaster, with a dining table and upholstered bench for four. The building offers a pool, a gym, secure parking and 24-hour security. Dubai Mall, the Burj Khalifa and the Fountain are each about five minutes on foot, and Belcanto, Black Sheep Cafe and a Spinneys supermarket are close by.

A cot is available for babies, and the washing machine helps on longer stays.
